SMILE! Smile on my Friends

So it has been a about a month since I blogged real life.  I have been so busy and focused on "Prom" that I let go of everything.  Which is fine for a while, but gotta get back into the Real thing.  And that actually makes me HAPPY!

My Last post was sad.  So I decided to write a Happy post to make you smile. Here is a few of the things that Happened the past month while.  Knowing all this was happening in the mist of Prom makes it all a little surreal.  It really seems like it was a dream.

~At this beggining of the month I flew up to Utah for the weekend to see Manda.  She came home From Germany to go through the temple.  It was absolutely wonderful.  She is an awesome amazing Sister and I was so honored to be there.  Thanks for sharing the day Manda.  The strangest part was sleeping at my moms house with no kids to get to bed.  Then we woke up and sat on Mom's bed all morning,  just me Manda, & Mom,  talking about everything.  We didn't HAVE to make breakfast for anyone, or get up or get interrupted.  It was wonderful.

~The Next weekend Carly, Courtney and I made a QUICK trip back up to Utah for Kaniela's Blessing.

  

At the Blessing there were SOOOOOO many Priesthood holders, it sent chills down my spine.  It was an amazing blessing.  Very touching and a privilidge to be there.  That baby has an amazing spirit.  

~I turned 37 years old.  Actually I almost forgot it was my birthday since it was 3 days before Prom.  But my family gave me a great birthday dinner the next weekend.  And I love getting older!!

~  Ron was home almost the WHOLE month.  Which is a miracle since I needed him so much.  And of course he helped with almost no complaints.  

~  Jessica Made Cheer and the Redland East Valley High School.  She was very anxious and nervous.  She felt like she had a terrible try-out but apparentlly the judges dissagreed.  So next year she will cheer.  YAY!  She is excited and we have Uniform fittings this week already.  

~ Jessica had her FIRST date.   She had a great time.  Loved Prom and Loved the "After Party" with her friends at Casey's house. 

~ Courtney's Softball team is still undefeated!! They have had a great season. Only two games left.  :(  Sad!

~  Carly was a great helper in everything!  She Learned how to use the camera and I have some Very Interesting shots.  I will have to Share them.  She had a unit at school about the Statue of Liberty and so now she is a little obsessed with her.  She knows all these trivia fact about the famous lady which seem to just come out of the blue "Did you know she has an 8 foot finger. ???"

Well, these are just a few of the things that happened last month.  Now I am in the middle of spring cleaning and the kids are doing State testing.  Ron is in Omaha for the week.
